We have a limited number of minibuses available for up to 8 passengers. To avoid disappointment, please call our bookings team who will advise availability and price.
We are happy to collect a passenger who wants to go shopping, wait and then bring them home. However, we are unable to offer a personal shopping facility.
Our taxis will carry all pets as long as they are in a secure carrier. The only exception is assistance dogs.
By law, taxis are not required to have car seats fitted for babies and children. However, customers are welcome to provide and fit/remove their own in the taxi.
Unfortunately, our taxis are not equipped to securely transport any large items such as bicycles.
Unfortunately not, although we are able to accommodate disabled passengers who use collapsible wheelchairs/walking aids.
Yes! You can either pay when you make a booking through our call centre, in car via SMS at the end of the journey or by linking your card within the booking app on your mobile phone.
Unless you have a corporate account, you will not have been charged VAT.

Unfortunately our site doesn't have the facilities to make and store payments at this point. However, you are able to pay via card over the phone or in our app.
